We answer letters on Tuesdays and Thursdays, in the late afternoon, with a cup of something warm. If you have not heard back by the second Thursday, please write again, gently. Sometimes the kindest replies are the ones that get lost in a kind inbox.
We will never use an autoresponder. If a letter takes a minute to arrive, it is because we wanted to mean it.

- ii.We do not give detailed strategy advice in the inbox. Strategy is the work, and the work has a fee.
- iii.We do not reply to mass cold pitches. If your note begins "Hi there" or "Dear Webmaster", we will read it and smile, but we will not write back.
- iv.We do not accept guest posts or backlink requests. The Slow Letter is not for sale, and neither is the page.
- v.We are AI literate, but Moonlighttopia is human written and human baked. Please write to us as a person.
